They say you should write about what you know, right? So, when Sue Walker retired to Spain in 2008 and spotted an advert for a writing competition she decided to give it a go. Now, she has a website EyeOnSpain to accompany her book Retiring the Ole Way. As a child Sue Walker lived in Canada, Norfolk and Lincolnshire, and she has enjoyed moving house ever since. Her most recent and most problematic movewas from London to Spain in 2008. She is now enjoying her new life in Jumilla, a traditional Spanish town in the north-east of Murcia, far from the typical expat urbanisations. [...]
