Authors needed for Culture Smart books

Every year I get asked by my contacts at Culture Smart if I can help them to find authors to write country-specific guides for their thriving series. There is a one off fee payable and the books, of about 30,000 words are written to a defined formula. This is a terrific opportunity for anyone who wants to get published and has recently lived in the country featured.
The Culture Smart guides are short books that aim to alert first-time visitors to the values and attitudes of different countries. The series has been well reviewed in The Observer, Sunday Telegraph and New York Times. It has appeared on CNN’s Travel website, and on BBC World’s weekly travel programme “Fast Track”.

    Ref Culture Smart authors req’d. I’ve just moved to Pristina, Kosovo to accompany my wife who will be working here. I see that nothing appears to have been written about the Balkans just yet. Do you reckon that publishers might be interested in Kosovo?
